How do I set up my first affiliate program?

After signing up, go to your dashboard and click "Create New Project". Follow the setup wizard to configure your affiliate program, set commission rates, and customize your tracking.

What payment processors do you support?

We support PayPal, Stripe, and LemonSqueezy for processing affiliate payouts. You can connect your preferred payment processor in the Payment Providers section of your dashboard.

How does referral tracking work?

We use cookies and unique referral links to track affiliate referrals. When someone clicks an affiliate link, we track their journey and attribute conversions to the referring affiliate.

Can I customize the affiliate dashboard?

Yes! You can customize colors, logos, and branding in the Design section of your dashboard. Premium and Unlimited plans can remove Refrrly branding entirely.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Go to the Billing section in your dashboard and click "Upgrade Plan". You can upgrade at any time, and the new plan will take effect immediately.
