By accessing and using Refrrly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Refrrly is a comprehensive affiliate management platform that provides:

• Affiliate program creation and management
• Referral tracking and analytics
• Commission management and automated payouts
• Performance reporting and insights
• Integration with payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, LemonSqueezy)
• Customizable affiliate dashboards and widgets

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Refrrly offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: $0/month - 1 affiliate program, up to 5 affiliates, $1,000/month revenue tracking
• Pro Plan: $19/month - 1 affiliate program, up to 100 affiliates, $5,000/month revenue tracking
• Premium Plan: $49/month - 5 affiliate programs, unlimited affiliates and revenue tracking
• Unlimited Plan: $149 one-time payment - Lifetime access to Premium features

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Payment Processing

Refrrly integrates with third-party payment processors including PayPal, Stripe, and LemonSqueezy. You are responsible for:

• Setting up and maintaining your payment processor accounts
• Ensuring compliance with payment processor terms and regulations
• Handling disputes and chargebacks through your payment processor
• Maintaining accurate payment information

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Create fake or misleading affiliate accounts

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Refrrly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability
